Because BP--British Petroleum--is a corporation based in England and thinks it can do what it wants because it is not an American corporation.
Because it refused to take action before it was too late.
Because it thinks it can get the Obama administration to [pay for the damage it caused.
Because it lied to the world about the environmental impact.
